Dubai Big Lottery
Effective Date: 30 June 2025
- Capitalised terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Game Rules and Legal Disclaimer.
- Unless the context requires otherwise, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- References to "You", "Your", or "Participant" refer to the individual accessing or using the Platform.
- References to "We", "Us", "Our" refer to One Path Wealth Limited, the operator of Dubai Big Lottery.
2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dubai Big Lottery Platform (www.dubaibiglottery.ae or www.dubaibiglottery.com), registering an account, or entering any Game or Draw, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Game Rules, and Legal Disclaimer, all of which collectively constitute a binding agreement between You and Us.
3. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Not reside in or access the Platform from any jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by applicable law;
- Not be listed on any international sanctions list or be a resident of a sanctioned country;
- Not hold more than one Dubai Big Lottery account.
We reserve the right to verify Your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate Your account if You are found to be in violation.
4. Account Registration
You must register by providing complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity under Your account. If You suspect unauthorised access, You must notify Us immediately at contact@dubaibiglottery.ae.
5. Syndicate Play
- Only the registered account holder is recognized as the legal owner of a winning Entry.
- We accept no responsibility or liability for any agreements, disputes, or obligations arising among syndicate participants.
- No syndicate arrangement shall be enforceable against Us.
6. Purchasing Entries
- All entries must be purchased through the Platform or other authorised channels.
- Entry pricing is published on the Platform and may vary by Game. Price adjustments will not affect Entries already purchased.
- Until full payment gateway integration is complete, alternative purchase methods will be disclosed via official communication.
7. Prizes
- Prizes are payable only to the registered account holder of a valid winning Entry.
- We reserve the right to withhold payment pending identity verification (KYC), sanctions screening, or any legal or regulatory clearance.
- Unclaimed Grand Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within six (6) months of the draw date.
8. Dormant or Suspended Accounts
- Submission of false or fraudulent information;
- Breach of these Terms or other applicable documents;
- Regulatory or legal non-compliance;
- Technical or security-related concerns;
- Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months.
9. Use of the Platform
- Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
- Breach any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
You will fully indemnify Us for any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from Your misuse of the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, graphics, code, and text, are the exclusive property of One Path Wealth Limited or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any such content without Our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Sites & Links
The Platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse any external sites and disclaim any liability arising from their content, practices, or performance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Platform;
- Technical failures, delays, or disruptions;
- Unauthorised access to or misuse of Your account;
- Errors or omissions in any content or service provided.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Amendments
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
